Getting started

1. Create an account on the site.
2. Open Download while signed in and get the setup or portable zip.
3. Sign in inside the Windows app with the same email and password.
4. Start the in-app trial, or Buy if you already want paid billing.
5. Optional: walk Onboarding for a guided checklist.

Account & security

Passwords need at least 10 characters with upper, lower, and a number. Use Forgot on the Account page for a reset link/code.

Enable authenticator 2FA under Account → Two-factor authentication. After password sign-in you will enter a 6-digit code.

Sign out everywhere revokes other web sessions. Desktop tokens are separate — sign out in the app too if needed.

Download

Downloads are account-gated. If a link fails, sign in on the site first. Prefer the NSIS setup; portable zip is for advanced use.

The app ships a Fixed Version WebView2 runtime — you should not need a separate Edge Runtime install.

License & seat

Standard includes one Windows PC. Signing in on a PC claims the seat. To move PCs, contact support from Account so we can release the bound device.

Trials require a payment method in the app. Website Buy starts paid billing immediately.

App modules

Optimize covers Selective Features, NVIDIA/AMD, Memory, Network, and Power. Profiles apply bundles. Safety holds restore points. Health surfaces conflicts.

Stock returns defaults in one click. Create a Windows restore point before major experiments.

Billing

Use Manage for the Stripe Customer Portal: cancel, update payment method, download invoices.

Past-due has a short grace window; then the app locks and reverts toward Stock.

Privacy & cookies

Read the full Privacy Policy. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. Change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
