Run setup, approve UAC when Windows asks.

Sign in to unlock the installer. Same email and password work in the app.
Create an account or sign in to get the setup build.

- Prefer the setup installer when available; otherwise use the portable zip.
- Run elevated when prompted - tuning touches system settings.
- In the app, sign in with the same email and password.
Unsigned for now - if Windows SmartScreen blocks it, click More info -> Run anyway.
